VOGT PowerPlanter

The VOGT PowerPlanter is a very effective device to increase the efficiency in orchards. It lays the foundation for healthy trees and reduced irrigation costs during planting. Therefore, granules are filled into the filling funnel before the drilling process starts. These granules leave the drill bit at the bottom end sideways and the auger mixes it evenly with the already loosened soil. Once the correct depth is reached, the soil conveyed upwards is displaced outwards with an integrated scraper, which prevents soil rolling back into the hole effectively. The process is completed by putting the tree and fill the hole with the soil-granules mixture. For efficient work without fatigue the unit is equipped with a chassis and a 15-liter container for transportation of granules. Unlike many conventional soil drills one person is sufficient to operate the VOGT PowerPlanter.
